Our role

Agent Sneak is a travel planner and booking agent. Yachts, cruises, flights and venues are supplied by independent operators whose own contracts apply once you confirm.

Quotes & booking

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation and receive the deposit.

Payments

Typical schedule: 30–50% deposit, balance 60–90 days before departure. Yacht charters may add an APA (about 25–35%) for fuel, food and port fees, settled with receipts after the trip.

Traveller duties

You must hold valid passports, visas and insurance, and follow the captain’s instructions. The captain has final authority on safety, route and weather.

Changes by supplier

Itineraries can change for weather, port closures or safety. We will offer the closest equivalent or a refund under the supplier’s terms.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees we receive for the affected booking, except where law does not permit a limit. We are not liable for events outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction, unless your supplier contract states otherwise.
